Great service. We initially thought we would replace our old system with another warm air system which Dave quoted for, in discussion about the quote he suggested a combi boiler instead and was patient with our many questions and ideas on where to site it and the radiators. Once we agreed on the job everything worked exactly as expected – they arrived when they said they would, worked tidily and cleaned up after themselves. They continued to answer our questions with good humour and were open to small tweaks, e.g. for pipe routing. Overall a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Boiler not working, wouldn’t ignite so no heating / hot water.
It’s probably the coldest day of the year! Extremely busy day but Geoff rang me back in less than 5 mins and gave me safe and clear advice over the phone. I was completely clueless but in 15 mins everything was working! Extremely grateful and I would definitely use again / recommend.
Exchange two radiators and one toilet, install one radiator.
